Introduction:
Overthinking means to think
too much on any topic. It is in human nature to think about every matter. A
person also thinks before taking a decision. But when we cannot remove that
thing from our minds. We cannot stop our mind from too much thinking.
Thinking is good thing but too much thinking is too much dangerous.
Because of overthinking you are afraid of taking actions so you take no
actions.
Mental illness:
Overthinking is related
to our psychology. It leads to anxiety and depression. A study was done, according to which women are 70% more
likely to face depression as compared to males.
To become successful, we to get rid of this
problem. Over thinking is
the cause of declining of our mental health. In this materialistic world,
we are racing for money, but we are not racing for mental stability and also
for the peace of mind. So mostly people come across with this type of
physiological illness. It can affect our brain, heart,
can ruin our skin and can also cause cancer.
Two types of
overthinking:
In first type, sometimes we ruminate in the past and at
the same time we worry about the future.
In second type, we start focusing on the solution of
problems. Overthinking means we start dwelling on the problem.
Overthinking is quite
different from the self-reflection. In self-reflection we focus on
discovering something new about ourselves. Over thinking means too start
thinking about one thing again and again.
Overthinking
is like a national epidemic among the young and middle aged .73% of 25-35 year-old
overthink linked to 52 % of 45-55 year-old and just 20 % of 65-75 year-old.

overthinking:
How can we stop overthinking?
Overthinking can be
treated by doing mental health exercises. By doing our most favorite thing we
can stop overthinking. You can read books, any kind of book which you love to read.
Stress and worries can lead to overthinking. these are our emotions, and we can
control our emotions.
Ø Positive:
When you will stop
thinking of bad stories and bad happenings of your life and replacing the with
your good stories. you can overcome the problem of overthinking. It is a saying
that likes attracts like. If you will think about good things. You will
attract good and productive memories in your life.
Ø Don’t
live in past:
Don’t focus on past. What
done is done. Time is gone. you cannot change your past. But if you will
continuously live in past, it will place serious threats to your future. Let go
off your anger, don’t take too much tension. If you want to change your life you should keep
peace with your past. We can only get lessons from our past.
Ø Live
in present:
Present is a gift. You
can’t change past and you don’t know what will happen in the future.so enjoy
the moment you are living in. Try
to control your emotions. Today in this materialistic world emotional
control is important. If you can control your emotions you can control your
life. Meditation and priming can help you to live the current moments.
Ø Find
out your cause of overthinking:
When you can realize your
problem, you can cut the roots of overthinking. Be thankful to the things
which you get is important. Find your problems, and get and find outs the
cure and solutions of problems.
Ø Control
your emotion:
Try to become the master
of your emotions. If any negativity is coming in your mind stop it there. And
replace it with your positive thoughts. emotional control is important.
What we think I can’t do this. You should think I can do this and I will do this. Nobody can stop me.
only you and you are a source of your happiness and prosperity.so be strong.
Ø Take
the charge of your life:
Nobody can change you
present but except you. Take the control of your life. Your mind cannot control
you. You have to control your mind for living better. Living better is your
right. But only you can do this.
Over
thinking is just like a leach
which sucks our blood. Over thinking sucks our useful energy of our mind, this
all in vain .at the end we get nothing. In fact, our profit is in minus (-).so
we should avoid overthinking to make our life peaceful and successful.
